Crocs has a new customer! September 4, 2010 DogTired I am competely sold on crocs now!! These are so versitale!! LOVE THEM!
Best shoe EVER August 29, 2010 K. Wright (USA) This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! I am an elementary school teacher, so I am on my feet all day. This is the first shoe that I have ever worn that doesn't leave me with aching feet by the end of the day. My feet are wide at the toe and it fits my feet like a glove. I just ordered a second pair!
The MOST comfortable shoe in my closet August 10, 2010 J. Miller (United States) I bought these shoes about a month ago in two colors and I wish I had taken advantage of the sale and purchased more! They are the most comfortable shoe I own and that is saying a lot. I have $75 pairs of sandals from shoe companies who swear they are the best and they don't hold a candle to my Patricia wedges. Just to show how wonderful these are, I am a teacher and a mom to almost 3 year old twins. I tend to leave my work day having been on my feet all day and then come home to take my toddlers to the park. At the end of the day, my feet, legs and back usually hurt. Badly. I wore these shoes the day after they arrived and for the first day in a really long time, I had no pain at all. They are my "Go to" shoe now. In fact, I wore them to Sea World yesterday and walked around all day with no problems. Usually, my feet feel like they are going to fall off when I wear my tennis shoes or other sandals. Nothing yesterday accept happy feeling feet!
I'd like to address a few reviews I've read:
1) These shoes are made of plastic and despite the pattern on the insole your feet might get sweaty in really high heat. It was about 80* yesterday and I did not have any problems. However, last week while running around, the temperature was in the high 90's and I had a few days where my feet got sweaty. This is not, however, a deal breaker for me. It happens rarely.
2) I usually wear an 8 wide and I was worried because of the comments some made about it being too tight across the toes. I will admit that they were tight the first day, but I have had no issues since. Also, these fit me perfectly in a size 8.
I'll be watching the prices on these to buy more soon!
GREAT summer sandals! August 8, 2010 J. Hume (Dallas, TX) I found my first pair of these at a DSW store in Dallas. They were so comfortable I bought 2 more pairs, and I intend to buy more. They're incredibly comfortable, and quite chic.
UNCOMFORTABLE - TIGHT BAND August 4, 2010 Margaux Paschke (New York) I kept seeing these shoes everywhere so I asked someone about them. She raved about how comfortable they were, how she wore them everyday and that they were "Crocs" so they had a high coolness factor.
I easily avoided the Croc clogs but these looked like a good combination of comfort and style so I purchased a pair in black. I wore them for the first time for a 4 hour stretch and regretted it. The toe bands hurt my feet after a while and it became painful to walk. I put it down to having to break them in and tried them again for a shorter period - a trip to the grocery store. They felt fine so I wore them the next day. After a couple of hours, the first band below my toes began to hurt again. Done. I donated them and regret the purchase.
The raised interior did feel good against my feet and whatever material these shoes are made out of did prevent sweating but none of these factors help when the shoe band is too tight and hurts your feet after 2 hours of use.
